Seize the Day - Living creates 3D models to be used in 2D presentations (from artist impressions to building instructions to photorealistic pictures) and 3D animations (from a pre-defined tour to Virtual Reality to (scaled) printed 3D models).
Within Seize the Day - Living we work out 3D models in SketchUp Pro. From there we deliver 3D models in multiple formats like SketchUp (of course :-) .skp), CAD (.dwg), 3DS (.3ds), etc.. By default the output is presented in 2D stills in mutliple formats (.png, .jpg, .pdf) direct from the SkethUp 3D model or after rendering for more photorealistic presentations.

Seize the Day - Living helps you to get the points across. LayOut in SketchUp Pro enables us to create full flyers, brochures and building plans. Where needed, the pages from SketchUp's Layout are exported as PDFs, images and CAD files.

The 3D model can also be worked out in a full animation, giving you the full 3D feeling of the model. Wether you want to show a virtual walkthrough, a fly-over or want your customer to actually look around in their home, boat, theater or garden. We make it all possible. Output of every 3D model format can include sun-shadow situations and artificial lighting.
Formats available are .mov, .mp4, .avi.
